Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
This special issue seeks to address the impact of somatic disorders and medical issues on men’s psychologicla health across the lifespan. The goal is to bring together researchers addressing the impact of physical illnesses and medical issues on mental health and wellbeing in order to inform intervention programs to facilitate prevention, treatment, rehabilitation,and quality of life in medical patients, their partners, families and their informal caregivers.
The current special issue welcomes research papers in the area of men’s psychological health informed by all disciplines including but not limited to psychology, behavioral medicine, public health sciences, epidemiology and biostatistics, family therapy, and nursing, addressing patients, couples, families and caregivers.
Reports of interdisciplinary approaches to research are particularly welcomed.
